Welcome to the official website of Violet June, a San Francisco-based electronic industrial noise band who were active in the early 1990’s. This site serves as an archive for the band’s cassette tape recordings made between 1990 – 1992, as well as music from Black Day, an earlier, synthpop incarnation of the band.
The members of Violet June and Black Day remain actively involved with their various individual music projects. There has been some discussion of a Violet June reunion and future collaboration, although to date no new music has been recorded. Stay tuned!
